after physic , PE come -NAFA TEST-
Shuttle run - 9.5 sec
Sit up - 52 times
Standing board jump - 230 cm
Sit and Reach - JIALAT (38cm)
Pull up - 1 time :X *tired out , arm pain*
2.4 km run was 1212 de .. but i was sick
so gonna retake it next time .
target is 9mins ++
